No hourly billing
We quote a fixed price after scoping. That number is the invoice. You never decide whether a bug is worth another four billable hours.
You don't pay if it doesn't work
If what we deliver doesn't solve the problem we scoped, you owe nothing. The risk of getting it wrong sits with us.
No forced sign-off
Test in sandbox as long as you need. A bug found in month two is fixed at no cost — that's not a support contract, it's finishing the job.
