Prices, published.

Consultancies that bill hourly can't tell you what a project costs. We work fixed-price, so we can. These are representative starting points — every project gets an exact written quote before work begins, and that quote is the invoice.

Every figure above is a starting point for typical scope. Complex requirements move the number — but they move it before work starts, in writing, never after.

The NZR guarantee

Solved-or-$0

If what we deliver doesn't solve the problem in the written scope, the invoice is cancelled. Not discounted — cancelled.

§1

The scope defines "solved"

Before work starts you get a written scope stating the problem and what solving it looks like. No ambiguity about what the guarantee covers, in either direction.

§2

Revisions and bugs: free, forever in scope

Anything within the agreed scope — a revision, a bug found in month two — is fixed at no charge. That isn't a support plan. It's the definition of finished.

§3

No sign-off deadline

Test in sandbox for as long as you need. We don't chase approval to close projects, because the guarantee doesn't expire when a calendar says so.

How the quote works

1. Scoping call — free. You describe the problem; we ask about the process around it. Usually thirty minutes.

2. Written scope and fixed quote. One document: the problem, what solving it looks like, the price, the delivery date. If we think you don't need us — it's a configuration change, or a SuiteApp already does it — we say that instead.

3. The quote is the invoice. The number doesn't move unless you change the scope in writing. There is no meter running underneath it.

Frequently asked

Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?

Because hourly firms can't — their total depends on how long the work takes, which they don't know either. Fixed-price work makes published starting points possible, and we'd rather you compare numbers than mystery.

What if my project doesn't fit these categories?

Most don't fit perfectly — the categories exist to give you a sense of scale. Describe the problem and you'll get an exact figure for your actual scope.

Has anyone ever invoked Solved-or-$0?

The guarantee exists so you don't carry the risk of scoping mistakes — we do. That risk is why we scope carefully and occasionally decline work we're not confident in, which is exactly the behaviour you want it to produce.

Do you require a deposit?

Terms depend on project size and are stated in the quote. Whatever the payment schedule, Solved-or-$0 applies to all of it.
